The Company under the name "Zip & Zoom Rentals", based in Bohol & Panglao, Philippines (hereinafter: the "Company") manages the website www.zz-rental-bohol.com (hereinafter: the "Website") for the purpose of providing scooter, motorcycle, and car rental services. By using the Website and our services, you agree to these terms unconditionally. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
At least 18 years old for scooters/motorcycles, and 21 years old for cars.
a. All vehicles are inspected and serviced before delivery to ensure top quality. It is your responsibility to check the vehicle before renting. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition with all accessories intact.
b. Vehicles must not be driven on sand, rough roads, or any conditions that can cause damage. Any damage during the rental period will result in additional charges.
a. All traffic fines and violations during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
b. Only the driver named in the rental contract is allowed to operate the vehicle.
c. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal consequences.
a. The rental vehicle can only be used within Bohol and Panglao. Please inform us if you plan to travel outside these areas.
12% VAT is included in the rental rates.
Minimum rental period is one (1) day (24 hours).
All bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior notice.
We reserve the right to substitute the reserved model with a similar one in case of emergency or technical issues.
a. Vehicles are delivered with a set fuel level. The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level.
b. No refund for returning the vehicle with more fuel than delivered.
Unlimited mileage is included within Bohol and Panglao.
In case of an accident, notify us and the local police immediately. A police report is required for insurance purposes.
a. If the vehicle breaks down due to our fault, we will provide a replacement vehicle.
b. If breakdown occurs due to renter misuse, additional charges will apply for repairs and a replacement vehicle, if available.
In case of any damages caused by the renter or the passenger to the vehicle or the equipment, the renter is fully responsible for covering the entire cost of repairs or replacement. Additionally, a penalty fee of 5,000 PHP will be charged for any damages incurred during the rental period.
